We wanted to offer an

oasis

The building elegantly mixes different types of windows to create a feeling of openness, a façade that is able to breath and to allow all its residents to experience the surrounding nature in the comfort of the city. We studied the classic Italian building and keep the setup: commercial ground floor, lots of terraces and large windows at the floors above, and finally a beautiful sky garden on the roof.

We work together with one of the most experience construction team in Taiwan and the largest architecture firm in Italy, carefully checked every possibility to make sure that our user feels carefree and convenient. We also worked with a very talented Italian interior designer, who used his design to calm the user’s feeling as they walk from the street into their residence.

We gave the architect and designer as much as space to unleash their talent, from the façade to one small door number. Furthermore, we chose to design the window positions all differently on each floor and work on all different floor plans - very in Taiwan - to show how we can actually be imaginative on living, just like the variety of nature.

Palazzo Milano gives energy into the community around it, not just by it’s looking but also the possibility to let people dream. We received the permission to change the type of trees on the streets near by, giving a new vision to the neighbourhood. Palazzo Milano was built by high quality material and responsible team.
